Orders can be placed with Sand&Sea via the following:

At Sand&Sea we re-use packaging for delivery purposes to ensure your purchases arrive safely and to help reduce our carbon footprint.
PAYMENT- All orders must be paid for in advance prior to dispatch. You can pay for your Sand&Sea order online via credit/debit card or PayPal .For further information on payments please email us at hello@sandandsea.ie
ONLINE COUPON/DISCOUNT CODES - Please be aware that special offer coupon/discount codes issued by Sand&Sea may only be used on specific catagories / items and on specified dates. These codes are for online orders only on the website www.sandandsea.ie and cannot be used on our sister site Nook Home. A ''Free Delivery'' offer/coupon code will only ever apply to our standard delivery service and does not apply to our ''Home to Home'' Special delivery service which we use for oversized/delicate and special furniture delivery items.
DEPOSITS - We cannot accept deposits/lay by for stock items online.
RETURNS POLICY- If you may need to return your order please read our return policy for details
FAULTY ITEM - In the event that you have received a faulty item please inform us no later than 24 hours from receipt via email at hello@sandandsea.ie
UNWANTED GOODS- In the event that your On-line purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return it please notify us in advance via email to hello@sandandsea.ie . All unwanted goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were despatched from Sand&Sea originally, complete with original packaging, components and accessories within 14 days from the date on which you received them. You shall be refunded for that product less the cost of the original delivery charge. You shall be responsible for paying for the return of the goods. Please note that paint, items purchased at a reduced / sale / clearance price and bespoke/special order items, cut length fabrics/oilcloths cannot be returned unless faulty.

PRIVACY- At Sand&Sea we are committed to keeping your personal information secure. In order to create an account, place an order or make an enquiry we will require personal information such as name, address, phone number, email and credit/debit card details from our customers. We will only use this information for the purpose of completing orders and answering queries. Please be assured that your information is treated as private and confidential and shall not be shared with other companies or individuals. If at any stage, you do not wish to receive Sand&Sea news via email or text please contact us at hello@sandandsea.ie and we will withdraw your details from our mailing/text lists.
